“I booked a Safari based on the beauty and user friendliness of the Safaris For Africa website. What got me hooked was how helpful Sue was throughout the inquiry and booking process. Sue and Fred meet us at our resort and bought coffee and tea and talked to us almost and hour. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE. We were flabbergasted at the level of genuine friendliness that they was shown toward us. Sue says its just the personal touch she believes customer service should be. Lastly my wife had passport issues so she was late joining us. Fred picked her up from the airport prior to taking us to Leopard Mountain. I tried to pay her extra, but she wouldn't take it. If you're booking anything in South Africa, check with Safaris for Africa before you call anyone else”

“We have just returned from our first visit to South Africa, and we asked Sue and Emma to help us with our plans for a safari in the Kruger Park. Sue not only selected two fantastic parks she was also able to help us plan several tours during our cruise from Capetown to Mozambique. Every detail was discussed beforehand and executed so well by Sue and her team of very helpful and knowledgeable tour guides. Dick Maree was particularly experienced and enthusiastic. “From beginning to end sue organised the most fantastic trip - all collections and transfers were perfect and our experience at Phinda was 10/10. We were treated impeccably and found lots more than the big 5 on our safaris. Emma our game driver and Bethan went above and beyond and took us out for sunrise and extra drives to ensure our children saw everything! "South Africa was the perfect holiday destination for our family travel pursuits as our close relatives are residing there. Sue and the Safaris for Africa team have been nothing but accommodating and kind to us. They were willing to tend to our travel plans and made our first time there fun and memorable. We were accommodated by our tour guide Dick on our Johannesburg-Pretoria tour, followed by Greg on our Cape Town-Garden Route tour. Dick was super kind and knowledgeable- he told us the history of South Africa from start to end! Greg was very passionate and funny, keeping us entertained like a Karaoke box. "We have just returned from a two week African holiday. We flew to JNB, had 2 nights there. 2 nights in Kruger at a private game reserve, 2 nights at Sabi Sands, .3 nights in Vic falls and 3 nights in Botswana. All was organised by Sue, Emma and the team and included private transfers and internal flights.The whole experience was amazing, organisation was perfect, accommodation was first class and the game reserves were fabulous. Sue was always available and answered emails and what’s app messages very quickly. This is the second time we have used SFA. And can throughly recommend them. Safaris for Africa were incredible start to finish. Emma was so helpful and kindly came and met us before we went on the trip which was a lovely touch. The safari itself was amazing and Hoya Hoya was everything we wanted. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, food was great and safari drives with Andrews were the icing on the cake.
