HIGHLIGHTS

Departing Windhoek we visit the dusty, white salt pan of Etosha National Park. The pan is 150km’s long and in some places 50km wide and take up an enormous part of the park; it is so large in fact it can be seen from space! The pan itself attracts thousands of migrating flamingos after the rains when water covers the surface forming a very shallow lake. Other waterholes around the park attract various wildlife such as, elephants, zebra, wildebeest and black rhino, so with the help of your guide and a bit of patience you will hopefully get some excellent sightings.

After our safari in Etosha we will head towards the Atlantic Ocean that hugs the shoreline of Swakopmund. This is a cool break along the African road in both senses of the word with (what may seem out of place) German architecture and rolling waves welcoming the desert traveler.

The last leg of our trip takes us to the iconic red dunes of Sossusvlei, situated in the Namib-Naukluft National Park in southwestern Namibia.

Each destination takes us through an extraordinary landscape, with plenty of activities to partake in along the way.
