DESCRIPTION

&Beyond Ngala Private Game Reserve shares an unfenced boundary with the world-renowned Kruger National Park, South Africa’s largest wildlife sanctuary, and one of the biggest game reserves in the world. Ngala was the first private game reserve to be incorporated into the Kruger National Park and has exclusive traversing rights over 14 700 hectares (36324 acres) of game-rich wilderness.

A charming safari experience awaits you here. Chic and contemporary, Ngala Tented Camp comprises just nine intimate and luxurious tents, making it a perfect exclusive-use option for a small group of family or friends. Relish private meals under a star-studded sky and embrace an adventure brimming with beauty and intimacy. The camp boasts a sparkling rim-flow swimming pool that looks out onto panoramic views of the open Timbavati riverbed where animals frequently graze. If you are quiet, you may be treated to small herd of elephants coming for a drink.

Guests that visit Ngala are promised more than an incredible wildlife experience. The Big Five game reserve is home to an abundance of elephant and buffalo herds, large lion prides, leopard, spotted hyena, wild dog, giraffe, rhino and more. During your stay enjoy early morning and late afternoon game drives that continue after nightfall.

NB. PLEASE NOTE NGALA TENTED CAMP WILL BE CLOSED FOR REFURBISHMENT FROM MARCH TO OCTOBER 2024.
