About this trip

Etosha National Park is in northwestern Namibia and is one of Africa’s largest national parks. What makes this an incredibly unique safari destination is the massive white salt pan that covers over 20 percent of the park’s surface area. This is Africa’s largest salt pan; so large in fact, it can be seen from space! During very rainy seasons in the park, parts of the pan form a lake attracting thousands of migrating flamingos. The safari experience is fantastic with an abundance of wildlife (up to 100 mammal species and 340 species of birds) all which can be viewed in close proximity from your 4x4 vehicle with the knowledge and safety of your expert wildlife guide. Spend your days on the lookout for elephants, giraffe, lions, rhinos in the wonder that is Etosha National Park.

Daily Itinerary Summary

Day 1: Etosha National Park

Check in 2pm
Make the most of the lodge’s facilities this afternoon swimming in the infinity pool that overlooks the savannah grasslands and maybe get lucky with some animal sightings!
Witness the exquisite African sunset disappear over the horizon before indulging in a delicious 5 course dinner on the deck to the exciting sounds of nocturnal nature – there is a well- frequented waterhole in front of the lodge, so keep your eyes on the lookout for wildlife
Finish the evening off with nightcap at the cosy campfire
