A warm welcome to Safaris For Africa

We are a family-run business based in Umhlanga Rocks (Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa) with a passion for travel and twenty years of industry knowledge that has been passed from one generation to another.

We believe time is the most valuable gift that we have and we would love to help you fill your time with breath-taking landscapes, indigenous cultures and extraordinary moments with nature and her wildlife.

Our handpicked overland tours will take you on a journey to magical places under African skies: elephants wallowing in the Okavango Delta; the vast deserts of Namibia; safaris deep in Tanzania’s grasslands; the wild waterfalls of Zambia; or eye to eye with a whale on South Africa’s coastline.

But first we want to get to know you so that, together with our knowledge and love for the details, we can shape your best-suited tour.

There is so much to see and do in Southern Africa and we look forward to showing you around!

Safaris for Africa was highly recommended to us for a photography trip in South Africa. Sue did an absolutely wonderful job of planning and organizing that trip. This included arranging for a superb personal guide for the majority of our time there. During that trip we visited several private game reserves and spent almost a full week in Kruger National Park.
